FindNCall provides data enrichment services including but not limited to skip tracing, phone verification, email verification, business enrichment, and contact data lookup. Our platform retrieves fresh data in real-time for each request to ensure accuracy and currency.

3. User Responsibilities and Data Usage

You are solely responsible for how you use the data obtained through our Services. By using FindNCall, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will use the data only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• You will comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Do Not Call (DNC) regulations, CAN-SPAM Act, and any other applicable telemarketing or data privacy laws.
• You will not use the data for any illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful purposes.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents before contacting individuals whose information you obtain through our Services.
• You will not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data obtained through our Services without express written permission.

• Subscription credits do not roll over to subsequent billing periods unless otherwise specified.

• Failed lookups that return no results will not be charged.
